Returns

• Returns are accepted ONLY if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.
• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• We do not accept returns for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or shipping delays outside our control.

Refunds

• If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds cover the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• In some cases, we may issue store credit or send a replacement item instead of a cash refund.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or incorrect.
• Please check our size guide carefully before ordering, as wrong size/color orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.

Chargebacks & Disputes

• We provide tracking numbers and proof of delivery for all orders.
• Customers who issue chargebacks after receiving their item will be permanently banned from future purchases.
• We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback with the shipping and communication records.
